This is a box set of vinyl records. The front outer box is red with the words "Míľniky Revolúcie A Socializmu" with a star and hammer & sickle, all enclosed by a square. Underneath the square reads "1921-1976." The spine and backside of the box are plain red with no text or images. The box folds open to a page on the left that describes various contributors and publishing information. Each sleeve, held on the right side of the opened box is white with identical designs across all four sleeves: a red illustration of a star with human figures holding flags and tools, as well as various plant motifs and lines. The illustration is enclosed by a square, with the record title placed above it. Based on the titles and backside text on each sleeve, it appears that there are two distinct vinyl record iterations of content, each with a Czech and Slovak translation, resulting in four total discs. The contents of each disc remain unclear, but may likely be lectures and poetry accompanied by music. A ribbon is secured to the box at the back of the compartment holding the sleeves, presumably to assist the user in lifting up all the sleeves at once for ease of access.
