Black Music Month: A Celebration with Cliff Beach (R&B)
Black Music Month: A Live Celebration with Cliff Beach is a free community concert honoring the legacy, innovation, and enduring influence of Black music through an evening of soul, funk, jazz, and R&B. Award-winning musician, radio host, and author Cliff Beach, joined by a four-piece band, will take audiences on a musical journey that celebrates the artists and traditions that have shaped American culture while highlighting the continued impact of Black creativity today. Through live performance and storytelling, the program is designed to educate, inspire, and bring people together across generations in a welcoming and accessible setting. Open to audiences of all ages, this special Black Music Month event reflects the Glorya Kaufman Community Center and Wende Museum’s commitment to fostering community, creativity, and cultural connection through the arts.
